The Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM), Government of Bihar, has issued an RFP for the empanelment of Training Partners (TPs) to implement employment-linked domain skill development programs targeting Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Transgender candidates across Bihar.

The initiative aims to promote inclusive skilling and enhance employability through structured training, certification, and placement support.

 Key Dates & Timeline

1. Candidate mobilization, counseling, and registration
2. Training delivery as per SSC/NCVET standards
3. Infrastructure setup and trainer deployment
4. Conducting assessments and certification
5. Ensuring minimum 50% placement (wage/self-employment)
6. Post-placement tracking (up to 1 year)
7. Maintaining training center compliance (CCTV, biometric attendance, etc.)

1. Minimum 3 years of registration
2. Eligible entities: Company, Trust, Society, Partnership, Educational Institutions
3. Must not be blacklisted by any Government body
4. Must have valid industry tie-ups (LoI) for placement
5. Mandatory experience in skill training projects under Govt. schemes

4. Performance Bank Guarantee: 5% of Work Order value (post-award)
