Tender Summary
The Department of Industries, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has invited Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified agencies for organizing Awareness Workshops, Capacity Building Training, and Vendor Development Programs under the RAMP (Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance) Scheme.
The selected agency will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training and awareness initiatives aimed at strengthening MSME capabilities, enhancing vendor development, and promoting industry participation in government programs.
The tender will be processed through the UT e-Procurement portal, and interested bidders must submit their proposals online within the specified deadline.
Scope of Work
- The selected agency will undertake the following activities:
- Organize Awareness Workshops to educate MSMEs and stakeholders about government schemes, policies, and support mechanisms.
- Conduct Capacity Building Training Programs to enhance the managerial and operational skills of MSMEs.
- Execute Vendor Development Programs to connect MSMEs with large industries and procurement opportunities.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and knowledge resources.
- Coordinate logistics including venue, trainers, and participant management.
- Submit periodic reports and documentation of training outcomes.
- Ensure program implementation aligns with the objectives of the RAMP Scheme.
The project execution period will be 12 months from the date of award of contract or until March 2027 (whichever is earlier).
Pre-Qualification Criteria
- Interested bidders must meet the following basic conditions:
- The bidder should be a registered company, firm, agency, or organization legally operating in India.
- The bidder should have relevant experience in organizing training programs, workshops, or capacity-building initiatives for government departments, industries, or MSMEs.
- The bidder must have the required organizational capacity, manpower, and technical expertise to execute the project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must comply with the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a legally registered entity in India.
- Should have experience in consultancy, training, event management, or MSME development programs.
- Must provide documentation demonstrating capability in conducting awareness workshops, capacity building programs, or vendor development activities.
- Should not be blacklisted by any Government Department, PSU, or statutory authority.
Financial Criteria
- Bidders must submit financial statements and CA-certified documents demonstrating financial capacity.
- The bidder should provide average annual turnover details for the last three financial years.
- Financial details must be certified by a statutory auditor or chartered accountant.
Tender Fee and EMD
- Tender Document Fee: Not Applicable (Free download from e-procurement portal)
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹5,32,000
- EMD Mode: Demand Draft in favour of General Manager, DIC, DNH
- EMD Validity: Must remain valid for the duration specified in the RFP.
Submission Guidelines
- Bids must be submitted online through the UT e-Procurement Portal.
- All documents must be uploaded in the prescribed format.
- Bidders should carefully review the RFP before submission.
- Corrigendum or updates will be published only on the official e-procurement website.
- Incomplete bids or bids without EMD may be rejected.
