The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed at least one similar nature completed services in any one financial year during the last 03(three) financial year with minimum financial volume of 3 lakh per annum.? Similar completed services? shall mean operating own restaurant or canteen/mess of private reputed firms/ State / Central Govt. /PSU guest house/ institute. |
Audited balance sheet & profit loss statement of last five years from FY 2018-2019, FY 2019-2020, FY 2020-2021, FY 2021-2022 and FY 2022-2023. |
The Bidder must have a positive net worth in each of the last three (3) financial years i.e. 2020-2021, FY 2021-2022 and FY 2022-2023. Net worth= Total Asset- Total liability |
The bidder should have requisite license obtained from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). |

Bidder must have to enclose valid certificate in the form of affidavit for- a) not be banned or debarred or blacklisted by any State Govt. / Central Govt. / Central or State Govt. Undertakings / Utilities / Private Organizations etc. in the past. b) Bidder had no relative or any person directly or indirectly involved in design, execution, supervision and testing of this tender |
Bidder should self Certified Letter as per Annexure-1: Self- Declaration: - i. Not having unblemished past record and was not declared ineligible for corrupt & fraudulent practices either indefinitely or for a particular period of time by any Govt./Pvt. Agency. I/We also declare that there has not been any cancellation of any examination/test which was attributable to fault/laxity on our part by any court of law and/or enquiry commission/report. |
