1. Project Overview:

2. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Registered under Companies Act, Trust Act, or Societies Act.
   • Experience of training at least 10,000 beneficiaries in tailoring in Andhra Pradesh in a single year within the last 15 years.
   • Operations in all districts of Andhra Pradesh for the past 10 years.
   • Minimum turnover of ₹5 Crores in any of the last 10 financial years.

3. Scope of Work:

   • Conduct 45-day training programs (360 hours total) at district/constituency levels.
   • Provide necessary training materials, sewing machines, and facilities.
   • Organize batches with at least 50 trainees each.
   • Employ qualified and certified trainers.

4. Bid Submission:

   • Deadline: 31st December 2024, 5:00 PM.
   • Submission: Online through AP e-Procurement Portal with hard copies to be submitted at APBCCFCL office.

5. Evaluation and Award:

   • Two-part evaluation process: Technical and Financial Bids.
   • L1 bidder (lowest bid) awarded; others may match L1 rate for consideration.
   • Top 10 bidders may be selected.

6. Key Responsibilities of Training Partners:

   • Maintain records of training, attendance, and distributed equipment.
   • Ensure minimum 75% attendance for payment eligibility.
   • Provide biometric and manual attendance records.
   • Assist trainees in setting up tailoring businesses post-training.

7. Payment Terms:

   • Payments released in installments:
     • 35% after 10 days of training.
     • 35% after 30 days of training.
     • Remaining 30% after training completion and sewing machine distribution.
