Program Overview
- Objective: To enhance employability and entrepreneurship for sustainable development through NSQF-aligned courses in IT and Electronics.
- Target Audience: SC/ST and General-EWS candidates.
- Total Candidates: 12,510 over three years (8,757 SC/ST and 3,753 General-EWS).
- Districts in Bihar:
- Gaya, Rohtas, Lakhisarai, Motihari, Purnea.
Eligibility for Training Partners
- Institute Type:
- Accredited or non-accredited institutions (must obtain accreditation before starting the program).
- Experience:
- Preference for institutions with prior government/non-government training experience.
- Infrastructure:
- Adequate facilities for training, including IT labs, faculty, and industry tie-ups.
- Location:
- Proximity to public transport and flexible working hours preferred.
Scope of Work
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct NSQF-aligned courses as per NIELIT guidelines.
- Ensure 70% attendance for assessment eligibility.
- Candidate Mobilization:
- Publicity, direct counseling, and collaboration with government departments.
- Monitoring:
- Maintain biometric attendance, CCTV surveillance, and submit reports.
- Assessment & Certification:
- Conducted by NIELIT HQ with certificates issued upon successful completion.

- Examples include:
- Product Assembly Assistant (Solar-LED)
- O Level (IT)
- Foundation courses in Machine Learning, IoT, and Information Security
- Certified Web Developer, Data Entry Assistant, and others.
Financial Details
- Training Fee:
- Paid per candidate after course completion and certification (e.g., ₹9,049 for Solar-LED Assembly).
- Payment Terms:
- 70% after candidates appear for NSQF exams.
- 30% after successful certification and placement records.
- Security Deposit:
- 5% of the work order value, refundable post-completion.

- Documents Required:
- Legal entity proof, past experience, faculty details, infrastructure details, and placement records.
Evaluation and Selection
- Criteria:

- Allocation:
- Training targets split among multiple institutes based on location and capacity.

- Agreement:
- One-year tenure, renewable based on performance.
- Termination possible with one month's notice.
