Objective
- The Employment through Livelihood Improvement Activities Component under GIM aims to provide skill training to people living near forest areas.
- The goal is to reduce dependence on forests by enhancing livelihood opportunities through skill development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Who Can Apply?
- Registered private training organizations, government/semi-government organizations, PSUs, or institutes capable of conducting skill training.
- Must be registered for at least 5 years.
- NSDC-affiliated organizations only.
- Must have work experience in Madhya Pradesh in the last 3 financial years.
- Must have completed at least one skill development training project under a state government department in Madhya Pradesh.
- Blacklisted organizations and consortiums are not eligible.
Scope of Work
- Train and place/self-employ 1,000 eligible candidates from forest-adjacent villages in South Panna Forest Division.
- Mobilization, registration, training, assessment, certification, and placement of candidates.
- Training can be residential or non-residential depending on operational feasibility.
- Assessment & Certification:
- Conducted by NSDC-approved assessment agencies.
- Certificates must be issued by Sector Skill Councils (SSCs).

- Paper Mache & Paper Craft
- Hospitality (Receptionist & Room Attendant)
- Multi-Cuisine Cooking (Including Bundeli Traditional Food)
- Beauty Parlour/Salon
- Ayurvedic Massage & Therapies
- Herbal Soap, Shampoo, Oil, Cream Making
- Graphic Designing (Banners, Posters, Flyers, Cards)
- Website & App Development
- Computer Operator (Typing, MS Office)
- Vehicle Repair
- Bamboo or Lantana Furniture Making
Each sector can have a maximum of 2 batches.
Financial Details
- Base Training Cost:
- Category 1: ₹49.00/hour
- Category 2: ₹42.00/hour
- Category 3: ₹35.10/hour
- Assessment & Certification:
- Costs included in the training fee.
- STPs must bear the certification expenses.
- Payment Schedule:
- 30% on batch commencement.
- 50% on successful certification.
- 20% on 70% verified employment.
Evaluation Criteria
- Technical Evaluation (100 Marks):
- Experience, turnover, training performance, placement rate, industry tie-ups, and diversity of skill courses.
- Minimum 50 marks required to qualify.
- Top 5 bidders with the highest technical scores will be selected.
- Financial Evaluation:
- Based on cost-effectiveness and revenue-sharing proposals.
Proposal Submission
- Mode: Online via www.mptenders.gov.in.
- Required Documents:
- Registration proof, NSDC affiliation, past experience, financial statements, GST, PAN, etc.
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹50,000.
- Performance Bank Guarantee: 3% of the total project cost.
