Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust Shirdi Tender – Purchase of Tools, Equipment & Instruments

The Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust (SSST), Shirdi, has invited online e-tenders from manufacturers and authorized dealers for the supply of tools, equipment, and instruments required by the ITI Department. The procurement aims to support training and infrastructure development within the institute.

Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for:

1. Supply of tools, equipment, and instruments as per technical specifications mentioned in the tender document (Annexure-B).
2. Ensuring complete delivery at the designated location of the ITI Department, Shirdi.
3. Providing packing, forwarding, loading, unloading, and transportation of the equipment.
4. Delivering all materials as per the specifications and expectations of the Trust.
5. Ensuring compliance with warranty and quality standards.

1. The bidder must possess a valid Shop Registration Certificate or equivalent government license.
2. The bidder must have valid GST registration and PAN.
3. The firm should not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government or public sector organization.
4. The bidder must agree to all terms and conditions of the tender.

1. The bidder must demonstrate minimum average annual turnover of ₹50 Lakhs in the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
2. The turnover certificate must be issued by a Chartered Accountant.

1. Tender Fee: ₹6,000
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹2,00,000

Submission Guidelines

1. The tender must be submitted online only through the Maharashtra e-tender portal.
2. Technical bid documents must be scanned and uploaded.
3. Price quotations must include all applicable taxes, packaging, transportation, and delivery charges.
4. The bid validity period will remain 120 days from the last date of submission.
