 Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for:

1. Supply of complete lab equipment (no partial bidding allowed)
2. Installation, commissioning, and testing
3. Training (Train-the-Trainer program)
4. Providing manuals, teaching materials, and technical documentation
5. After-sales support and warranty services
6. Delivery within ~100–120 days from contract signing

 Eligibility Criteria

1. Manufacturer or authorized dealer with valid authorization
2. Must not be blacklisted by any government authority
3. Must comply with Government of India restrictions on border-sharing countries
4. Must have ISO certifications (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
5. Must have office and service center in India for at least 3 years
6. Subcontracting is not allowed

 Qualification Criteria

1. Experience in supplying similar equipment in last 3 years
2. Execution of at least 3 similar projects, including one government project
3. Minimum one turnkey project of ₹1 Crore
4. International customer base (mandatory for Package-1)
5. Experience in setting up training centers (for Package-1)
6. Minimum 30%–80% supply of similar items depending on bidder type

1. Bids must be submitted online only via Karnataka e-procurement portal
2. Digital Signature (Class III) mandatory
3. Hard copy of technical bid must also be submitted via post
4. Bids must include both technical and financial documents
5. Partial bids for items within a package are not allowed
