Scope of Work

The scope of work covers the supply of 6 foldable drone obstacle training tunnels for use by the Indian Army. The item is meant for tactical drone training, including drone obstacle avoidance, UAV navigation drills and fly-through accuracy exercises. For experience compliance, the bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied the same or similar category products to any Central Government, State Government organisation or PSU during the required number of financial years before bid opening. Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC are required as supporting documents.

The bid also requires 30% past performance. The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar category products for 30% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date, supported by copies of relevant contracts.

Financial Criteria

The bidder must demonstrate minimum average annual turnover of ₹1 lakh during the last three years ending on 31 March of the previous financial year. Documentary proof such as certified audited balance sheets or a certificate from a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant must be uploaded with the bid.

The OEM must demonstrate minimum average annual turnover of ₹3 lakh during the last three years, supported by audited financial statements or CA / Cost Accountant certificate. If the bidder or OEM is less than three years old, the average turnover for completed financial years after incorporation will be considered.
