Scope of Work
The selected agency will provide manpower outsourcing services including:
  1. Deployment of unskilled workforce such as Sweepers and Helpers
  2. Providing trained personnel (Class X or equivalent with preschool training for helpers where required)
  3. Ensuring compliance with minimum wages, EPF, ESI, and labour laws
  4. Managing payroll, statutory compliance, and attendance
  5. Supporting school operations with housekeeping and assistance services

 Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must meet the following conditions:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar manpower services
  2. Experience with Government/PSU organizations preferred
  3. Must have completed:
    1. 1 project of 80% value OR
    2. 2 projects of 50% value OR
    3. 3 projects of 40% value of estimated cost
  4. Must submit audited financial statements or CA-certified turnover proof
  5. Compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations
Relaxations:
  1. MSEs and Startups are eligible for relaxation in:
    1. Turnover criteria
    2. Experience criteria (subject to qualification compliance)
