The Prayagraj Division of North Central Railway has invited e-tenders for civil maintenance works at Electric Loco Shed, Electric Training Centre, and Traction Motor Shop (TMS), Kanpur. The contract involves comprehensive repair, maintenance, and allied civil works for a defined period.

Scope of Work

The scope includes annual civil maintenance and repair works, such as:

General civil repairs including road work

Whitewashing, painting, polishing, and finishing

Water supply system maintenance

Wood, PVC & aluminum work

Supply of construction materials (sand, pipes, fittings, etc.)

1. Bidder must have completed similar civil engineering works in the last 7 years:
   1. 3 works of ≥30% value, OR
   2. 2 works of ≥40% value, OR
   3. 1 work of ≥60% value
2. Similar work defined as any civil engineering work

1. Minimum average annual turnover:
   1. Based on formula: V/N (or V whichever is less)
2. Audited balance sheets of last 3 years required
3. CA-certified financial documents mandatory

1. No Joint Venture (JV) or Consortium allowed
2. Bidder must not be blacklisted
3. Mandatory compliance with IRGCC-2022

1. Bids must be submitted online only via e-procurement portal
2. Manual submissions will be rejected
3. Upload all supporting documents including:
   1. Financial statements
   2. Work experience certificates
   3. CA certifications
4. Ensure digital signature for submission
5. Follow IRGCC-2022 compliance strictly

1. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes
2. Contractor must comply with labor laws and construction regulations
3. Site visit is recommended before bidding.
