Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS), under the Rural Development Department, Government of Jharkhand, has invited e-tenders for empanelment of hotels/institutions to provide lodging, boarding, and conference/training facilities for various training and workshop programs conducted across the state.

The empanelment is aimed at ensuring quality infrastructure and hospitality services for training programs under livelihood initiatives.

Scope of Work

1. Provision of training/conference halls (AC) with audio-visual equipment
2. Accommodation facilities including single/double rooms and dormitories
3. Catering services (Veg & Non-Veg meals, tea/snacks)
4. Arrangement for training/workshop/meeting events (35–50 participants)
5. Support staff and on-site assistance during training
6. Hygienic environment with 24×7 electricity, water, and safety compliance

1. Venue must have:
   1. Minimum 2 AC conference halls (35–50 capacity each)
   2. Audio-visual setup (Projector, Mic, Screen, etc.)
   3. 15–20 rooms or dormitory facility
2. Must provide:
   1. Separate sanitation facilities (male/female)
   2. Mess facility with hygienic food
   3. Power backup & parking
3. Located within district or nearby (within ~40 km of Saraikela)
4. Fire safety compliance mandatory

1. Valid GST Certificate & PAN Card
2. Ownership/authorization proof of venue
3. No litigation declaration
4. FSSAI license (for food services)
5. Signed and stamped tender document

1. Rates to be quoted as per BOQ
2. Prices inclusive of services but excluding GST (to be mentioned separately)
3. Payment within 90 days after bill submission
4. Contract validity: 1 year (extendable)
