Tender Overview

North Western Railway has invited online bids for comprehensive electrical works associated with the construction of staff barracks, ladies barracks, and officers’ barracks at the RPF Training Centre in Bandikui, Rajasthan. The project includes electrification works, air cooling plant installation, solar water heating systems, LT/HT installations, distribution panels, cabling, earthing, lighting, and related infrastructure development.

The tender is being processed through the IREPS e-tendering platform under an open competitive bidding process.

1. Internal electrification works for barracks
2. LT/HT electrical installations
3. Wiring, distribution boards, MCCBs, RCBOs, and electrical panels
4. Installation of lighting systems, poles, and LED fixtures
5. Earthing and power distribution arrangements
6. Pump installations and automatic control panels
7. Air cooling plant setup and ducting systems
8. Solar water heating system installation
9. Cabling, trenching, and HDPE pipe laying
10. Water softening systems and cooling infrastructure
11. Testing, commissioning, and integration of systems

1. A valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government.
2. Experience in execution of similar electrical works related to HT/LT installations.

1. Three similar works costing at least 30% of tender value each, OR
2. Two similar works costing at least 40% of tender value each, OR
3. One similar work costing at least 60% of tender value.

1. Manual submissions are strictly prohibited.
2. Bids must be submitted only through the IREPS portal.
3. All uploaded documents must be digitally signed.
4. Illegible documents are liable for rejection.
5. Completion certificates must clearly mention:
