Scope of Work

The tender involves deployment and management of outsourced manpower for the Forest Training Centre, Tatthihalla. The selected agency will be responsible for supplying qualified manpower and ensuring compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements.

Manpower Requirement
The contract includes deployment of the following personnel:
  1. Data Entry Operators (DEO)
  2. Drivers
  3. Support Staff / Group-D staff
  4. Other human resource support services as specified by the department
The contractor must:
  1. Ensure attendance and discipline of deployed staff
  2. Handle EPF, ESI, GST, insurance, and statutory compliance
  3. Make salary payments through bank transfer/NEFT
  4. Provide replacement staff when required
  5. Maintain labour records and registers
  6. Follow Karnataka labour and contract labour regulations
The tender also specifies compliance with minimum wages, EPF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, insurance, and other statutory obligations.
Eligibility Criteria
Technical Eligibility
The bidder should:
  1. Be a registered manpower outsourcing/service provider agency
  2. Have experience in providing human resource services in Government or related departments
  3. Possess valid Labour License/Registration
  4. Have valid GST Registration
  5. Have PAN and Aadhaar documentation
  6. Have EPF and ESI registrations
  7. Submit Income Tax Returns for FY 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25
  8. Submit audited financial statements for the last three years
  9. Hold ISO 9001:2015 certification
Joint ventures are not acceptable under this tender.
