Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for:
  1. Supply of Control of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) with compatible service unit
  2. Installation and commissioning at IIT Tirupati campus
  3. Integration of computer-controlled data acquisition system
  4. Supply of compatible software package
  5. Operational demonstration and hands-on training
  6. Providing all tubing, connectors, accessories, manuals, and technical documentation
  7. Ensuring safe installation with protective frame and leak-proof configuration
  8. Providing minimum 3 years onsite warranty support
The system should support studies related to:
  1. Residence time and conversion analysis
  2. Reaction rate constants
  3. Empirical rate evaluation
  4. Residence Time Distribution (RTD)
  5. Mixing effect on reaction rate
 
Technical Highlights
Key technical requirements include:
  1. Transparent reactor vessel made of borosilicate glass or engineering plastic
  2. Reactor volume between 1000–1500 mL

Eligibility Criteria

Experience Criteria
The bidder/OEM should have supplied at least 03 similar systems during the last three financial years to:

  2. PSU/CPSE
  3. Educational Institutions
  4. R&D Institutions
Relevant purchase orders and installation certificates must be submitted.
Financial Eligibility
  1. Minimum Annual Turnover: ₹16 Lakhs
  2. Bidder must be profitable during each of the previous three financial years
Audited financial statements certified by a Chartered Accountant are mandatory.
