Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of items required for modernization of the Training Facility at Hill Driving School, ADAPT, 5171 ASC Bn (MT), Udhampur. The work includes setting up repair, maintenance, diagnostic and workshop training infrastructure.

The scope includes a portable multipurpose shed, underground inspection pit, power supply components, illumination equipment, four-post lifter, tyre changing machine, tyre and wheel lift machine, pneumatic tools, oil drain and oil filling equipment, bench vice and workshop table, air gun, jump starter, distilled water plant, electric bench, portable welding machine, tool trolley, impact wrench, workshop creeper, 10-ton jack, digital torque wrench set, socket sets, oil filter clamp, ratchet spanner set, diagnostic scan tools for all vehicles, brake bleeding kit, pliers and cutters, hydraulic shop press, wheel aligning machine, wheel balancing machine, PEGA for petrol vehicles, DSM for diesel vehicles, riveting machine, heavy-duty universal gear box jack and soldering tools. All items are to have three years warranty and four years AMC after warranty.

Submission Guidelines

If the vendor fails to supply or install the required items, the project allotment may be cancelled.

Warranty must be for 3 years from final acceptance or completion of installation, commissioning and testing. The successful bidder must submit OEM warranty certificates at the time of delivery and should have an established installation, commissioning, training, troubleshooting and maintenance service group in India.
