Organize 08 district-level Udyam Samagam events across Tripura under the MSME Procurement & Marketing Support Scheme (Revised).
Components include:

  3. Capacity Building Workshops
  4. Stakeholder Mobilization & Outreach
  5. A Grand State-Level Mega Event with Award Ceremony

Deliverables:

  1. IEC campaigns, seminars, panel discussions, technical workshops
  2. Setting up of stalls, logistics, and branding
  3. Photography, video documentation, and post-event reporting
  4. Final state-level event with awards, cultural events, and media coverage
