Organize 08 district-level Udyam Samagam events across Tripura under the MSME Procurement & Marketing Support Scheme (Revised).
Components include:
- Training, Seminars & Awareness Programs
- District-wise Trade Fairs/Exhibitions
- Capacity Building Workshops
- Stakeholder Mobilization & Outreach
- A Grand State-Level Mega Event with Award Ceremony
Deliverables:
- IEC campaigns, seminars, panel discussions, technical workshops
- Setting up of stalls, logistics, and branding
- Photography, video documentation, and post-event reporting
- Final state-level event with awards, cultural events, and media coverage
