🧾 Target Group:
  1. Approximately 250–300 tribal children, aged between 6–18 years
  2. Dropped out between Class 1 to Class 10
  3. Have been out of school for 1 to 10 years
🎯 Scope of Work (SOW):
1. For Younger Children (up to 8th class level):
  1. Design & implement bridge courses
  2. Support in school reintegration and admission
  3. Engage with local schools and community
2. For Older Children (above 14 years):
  1. Provide vocational training
  2. Conduct aptitude mapping
  3. Provide certification, employment, or self-employment support
  4. 3. Additional Components:
  5. Conduct parental awareness & mobilization workshops
  6. Design long-term dropout prevention plans
  7. Carry out initial & final assessments
  8. Issue certificates via MSBTE or NIOS
📋 Eligibility Criteria (Key Technical Requirements):
  1. Local tribal organization or social/educational institution preferred
  2. Must have:
    1. PAN card
    2. GST registration
    3. Valid organization registration
    4. CA-certified turnover certificate of at least ₹10 Lakhs per year for the last 3 years
    5. IT returns and audited reports for FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24
    6. Affidavit declaring no blacklisting or criminal cases
  3. Submission of technical and financial bids in prescribed formats
  4. All documents must be digitally signed and uploaded online
📌 Financial Proposal Format (BOQ):
  1. Must be submitted online only
  2. Rates to be quoted inclusive of all taxes
📝 Important Administrative Notes:
  1. Tender is subject to QCBS (if price negotiations are needed)
  2. Multiple vendors may be empanelled
  3. Tender security is non-refundable
  4. Selected bidder must provide a 3% performance security deposit
  5. No subcontracting permitted
  6. Preference will be given to ST/Local NGOs with experience
