🎯 Scope of Work
Training Audience:
- UG Students (~4100)
- PG/Research Scholars (~700)
- Teaching & Non-teaching staff (~200)
- Temporary/Project staff (~500)
- Estimated 60 sessions (±10%)
Each session:
- Duration: 3 hours (120 min training + Q&A + Assessment)
- Includes: Handouts, Assessment, Certification
Training Content Includes:
- POSH Act essentials
- Recognizing harassment
- Case studies and scenarios
- Cyber safety and consent
- Gender sensitivity
- Roles of IC, complainant, respondent
- Post-training assessment & feedback via training portal
Trainer Responsibilities:
- Upload attendance, trigger assessments via IITM’s training portal
- Integrate e-modules & certification with portal
- Conduct feedback collection & reporting
- Support bilingual sessions (Tamil, Hindi, English)
📋 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility – I:
- Not from a country sharing a land border with India (or registered with competent authority)
- Only Class-I / Class-II local suppliers (per Make in India policy)
- Not debarred or convicted
Eligibility – II:
- Indian entity registered under Companies Act/Partnership/Proprietorship
- Turnover: Min ₹25 Lakhs annually in last 3 years
- Experience: POSH training in Govt./PSU/Higher Ed. Institutes in past 5 years
- Submit:
- Work Orders + Completion/Performance Certificates
- CA-certified turnover documents
- PAN, GST, Incorporation, Self-declaration formats

🧾 Financial Bid

- Inclusive of all costs: GST, travel, training material, accommodation, etc.
- Only BoQ format allowed—submission elsewhere will lead to disqualification
