R-CAT seeks empanelment of training partners to deliver training under the following:
- Global/Industry Recognized Certification Programs
- Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)
- Credit-based Courses aligned to NCrF
- Workshops & Seminars
- 3-Day & 5-Day Technology Courses
๐ฏ Scope of Work
- Deliver offline or instructor-led training (online only with R-CAT permission).
- Provide course material, certifications, mock tests, feedback analysis, and trainer validation.
- Must support global certifications from OEMs.
- Maintain SCORM-compliant LMS (Learning Management System).
- Provide detailed batch-level reports, feedback summaries, attendance, and assessment records.

- Technical Proposal (includes eligibility proofs, course content, trainer profiles)
- Financial Proposal (BoQ must be submitted in .XLS format)
- Selection is based on Least Cost Selection (L1) per package.

Note: No payment will be made for candidates who fail the certification exam.

- Payment only for candidates who pass the global certification exam.
- Taxes deducted as applicable.
- No minimum guaranteed quantity of training programs.
