🧾 General Eligibility Conditions
- Must be a registered legal entity (Trust/Society/Company/LLP etc.)
- Should be >3 years old at time of application (except Startups)
- Apply under only one category
- No franchising/subletting
- Not blacklisted by any government/donor
- Positive net worth
- Must follow DDU-GKY scheme norms
❌ Who Cannot Apply
- PIAs with ongoing recovery
- PIAs with <50% placement performance in DDU-GKY 1.0
- Linked persons with defaulted/blacklisted agencies
- Any consortium
- Poor past performers or negative feedback
🎯 Appraisal Guidelines
- Projects must follow SOPs, Guidelines, and MoRD instructions.
- Minimum training outcome: 70% placement
- 50% in wage employment
- 20% in self/gig employment
- Minimum salary: ₹12,000/month (India); ₹25,000/month (outside India)
- Preference: Residential Courses, Aspirational Districts, Women/SC/ST/PWD

🔍 Training Duration Requirements
- Minimum 3 months / 576 hours
- Domain NOS: 396 hrs
- Non-domain: 180 hrs
