  2. Langar Educational Services – 70/100 score

🎯 Scope of Work
  1. Program: Online coaching for NEET, JEE, JKCET, and other competitive exams
  2. Target Group: Science students of Government Secondary Schools across J&K
  3. Course Duration: 90 teaching hours (45 days x 2 hrs/day)
  4. Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics
  5. Mode: Live online classes + digital content access (via app/web)
  6. Inclusions:
    1. Weekly mock tests and assessments
    2. Mentorship and feedback sessions
    3. Pre-exam doubt sessions
    4. E-study material and free access to proprietary platforms
    5. Faculty engagement reports, attendance tracking, performance reports

🔺 Payments are contingent upon funds received from the sponsoring agency.
⚠️ Penalty Clause
  1. Penalty of ₹2,50,000 may be imposed for:
    1. Delay in implementation
    2. Breach of terms & conditions
  2. Waiver allowed only on strong justification
🛑 Termination Conditions
The contract may be terminated for:
  1. Non-performance for 14+ days
  2. Bankruptcy
  3. Fraud/corruption
  4. Failure to complete 40% work in half the scheduled time
