🎯 Scope of Work
Provide full-fledged residential training infrastructure and services near NIT Hamirpur (within 25 km) for:
  1. Masons, Carpenters, Bar Binders
  2. Theme: Hazard-resistant construction
  3. Batch Size: 25 trainees per hall; 50 trainees in 2 parallel batches
  4. Duration: 6 days per training batch (including weekends if required)
  5. Includes:
    1. Boarding & Lodging
    2. Training management
    3. Documentation
    4. Mobilization support

Cement, bar cutters, sand, aggregates, reinforcement, etc.

Min. 50 sq. ft. for training materials
Toilets/Bath
Min. 1 per 3 masons, with geysers
Safety
First Aid kit, CCTV, emergency vehicle
Meals
3 meals + snacks/tea daily
Staffing
4 on-roll staff (2 documentation + 2 service staff)

Envelope 1: Technical Bid

Envelope 2: Financial Bid
  1. Rate per mason per day for all-inclusive residential training package (infrastructure + management + meals + mobilization)
  2. Submit on official letterhead
Both envelopes to be placed inside a single sealed envelope superscribed with:
"EOI for providing Residential Training Facility (Training Infrastructure, Boarding & Lodging, Mobilization, Training Management, Documentation, Post Training Mobilization)..."

💵 Financial Terms
  1. Additional ₹4,000 per training (for tools and misc. expenses)
  2. PBG: ₹27,000/- (on selection, valid for 1 year)
  3. Proposal validity: 120 days
  4. 3-month retention of PBG post training completion
  1. ✅ Evaluation Process
  2. Phase I: Technical document screening
  3. Phase II: Site inspection by PI/DDMA
  4. Phase III: Financial bid opening (only technically qualified bidders)
⚠️ General Notes
  1. Late submissions will be rejected
  2. NIT/DDMA reserves the right to cancel/reject without notice
  3. Selected agency cannot subcontract
  4. Any failure in mobilization may lead to termination
