  1. The training facility should be within 25 km of NIT Hamirpur

📚 Training Program Details
  1. Duration: 6 days
  2. Batch Size: 2 batches × 25 trainees (50 total capacity)
  3. Timing: 6 hours/day (excluding meals & breaks)
  4. Training may be scheduled on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  5. Experts will be arranged by NIT Hamirpur

  1. Two training halls with 25 seats each
  2. Accommodation for 50 masons (≤3 per room) with CCTV monitoring
  3. Kitchen, dining space for 60 people, and clean water
  4. Construction materials and tools for hands-on sessions
  5. Open space for practical sessions
  6. Toilets and bathrooms: ≥1 per 3 masons with hot water
  7. Emergency vehicle and first aid kit
  8. Documentation system (digital database)
  9. Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner + snacks/tea
  10. Management team of 4 (2 for documentation/communication, 2 for services)
