Scope of Work

1. Conference hall facilities for training/meetings along with lodging and food.
2. Capacity to accommodate 50-100 participants in the conference hall with food facility.
3. Provision of sound system, projector, etc., for the conference/workshop/meeting.
4. Facility for in-house services for tea/snacks, mineral water, etc.
5. The conference hall should have proper air conditioning.
6. Providing an attendant during the conference for assistance.
7. Accommodation for 30-50 participants.

1. The hotel/institution should be registered with GST.

1. The quoted rate should be valid for a period of one year from the date of signing the contract.
2. The price shall remain constant for a period of one year and may be extended for a further period of two years based on requirement and performance.
3. In case of extension, price escalation at 5% per year or as per the inflation rate will be made based on mutual consent.
4. For guests/participants entitlement less than empanelment rates, consideration will be given to hotels to accommodate guests as per their entitlement.
5. All bookings should be accepted through work order/email.
6. Hotels should submit their price as per BOQ.

1. The bid validity period: The tender should be valid for a period of not less than 60 days from the date of opening of the technical proposal.
2. Only e-tender documents are acceptable.
3. The technical bids will be first opened online for evaluation.
4. Only one quotation or alternative or conditional offer shall be accepted; otherwise, the tender will be rejected summarily.
5. Any effort by a bidder to influence the purchaser may result in rejection of the bidder's offer.
