📝 Scope of Work

1. Title: Operation of NHP Training Centre cum IGNP Rest House at Jaipur
2. Duration: One year (up to 15.07.2026)
3. Estimated Cost: ₹10.88 lakhs
4. Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
5. Department: Water Resources Department, Rajasthan
6. Division: 16th Division, IGNP, Bikaner

1. Contractors must be enlisted with:
   1. WRD, Rajasthan (AA or A Class)
   2. CPWD, MES, Railways, Telecom, or equivalent Central/State Government organizations
2. Enlistment class required:
   1. AA Class: for works above ₹1.5 crore
   2. A Class: for works up to ₹3 crore

1. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit):
   1. ₹21,760 for general contractors (2% of estimated cost)
   2. ₹5,440 for contractors registered within their zone (0.5%)
2. Tender Fee: ₹1,000 (E-Challan payable to Executive Engineer, 16th Division, IGNP, Bikaner)
3. Performance Security:
   1. 10% of work order value
   2. To be deposited via:
      1. eGRAS, DD, NSC, FDR, or Bank Guarantee
   3. Valid for 60 days beyond contract completion

1. Mode: Online via eProc Rajasthan
2. Document Signing: All documents must be signed by the bidder
3. Tender Validity: 20 days (if approved by Executive Engineer); longer for higher-level approvals

📋 Other Conditions

1. Conditional or incomplete tenders will be rejected.
2. Contractor must:
   1. Visit the site before bidding
   2. Submit GST clearance
   3. Adhere to Apprenticeship Act provisions
3. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
