- Contractors must be enlisted with:
- WRD, Rajasthan (AA or A Class)
- CPWD, MES, Railways, Telecom, or equivalent Central/State Government organizations
- Enlistment class required:
- AA Class: for works above ₹1.5 crore
- A Class: for works up to ₹3 crore
💰 Financial Requirements
- EMD (Earnest Money Deposit):
- ₹21,760 for general contractors (2% of estimated cost)
- ₹5,440 for contractors registered within their zone (0.5%)
- Tender Fee: ₹1,000 (E-Challan payable to Executive Engineer, 16th Division, IGNP, Bikaner)
- Performance Security:
- 10% of work order value
- To be deposited via:
- eGRAS, DD, NSC, FDR, or Bank Guarantee
- Valid for 60 days beyond contract completion
