🧾 Pre-Qualification/Eligibility Criteria (Technical Cover Requirements)
Bidders must upload the following documents:
- PAN Card
- GST Registration
- Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Firm Establishment
- Proof of Proprietorship/Partnership/Company Registration
- At least 5 years of experience in Edu-Tech (synchronous tech & marketing services)
- Experience in at least 5 programs over the past 5 years
- Proof of successful execution of synchronous education services
- Documentation of marketing, admission, student management services
- Valid statutory licenses / business registrations
- Proof of presence in all four zones (North, East, South, West India)
- Technology ownership/right certification
- Delivery of a long-term program (200+ hours) for executive education (PGP, PGPEx, eMBA)
- Declaration of non-blacklisting from any government institution
- Turnover proof for FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25
- Experience certificates for related past orders with completion proof
- Curriculum/program certificate from a leading institution
- Mandatory annexures (1 to 5)
