- No subcontracting allowed
- Office/presence in Tamil Nadu

- Residents of Zone-5, GCC
- Mobilized via NULM / Magalir Thittam
🔹 Training Requirements
- Courses: Beautician&Tally– Basic Makeup (per TNSDC QPs)
- Medium: Tamil
- Training Manual: To be provided in Tamil
- Assessment: Directorate of Employment (DoE)
- Certification: By DoE post-assessment
🔹 Payment Structure
- 30%: On work order issuance
- 40%: After 50% course completion
- 30%: After training completion & certificate issuance
(TDS applicable; payment milestone-based)

🔹 Important Notes
- Assessment & Certification: Mandatory by Directorate of Employment
- Attendance Requirement: 70–80% minimum

- IP Rights: Retained by GCC; limited license to use pre-existing IP by agency
- Force Majeure & Dispute Resolution: As per standard clauses
- LoA: Treated as contract commencement
