- Course: Computer course
- Curriculum: Must follow TNSDC QPs
- Target Group: Women (18–35 years) from Zone 6A (mobilized via NULM/Magalir Thittam)
- Medium: Tamil
- Duration: 6 months (with 1-month buffer)
- Expected Output: Assessment & Certification by Directorate of Employment
- Attendance Requirement: Minimum 70–80%
💰 Payment Terms (Milestone Based):
- 30% - On issue of work order.
- 40% - After 50% course completion.
- 30% - After assessment, certificate issuance, and submission of completion report.
📄 Technical Evaluation Criteria (Total 100 Marks):
- Organizational Competence (35):
- Years of operation, blacklisting status, trainer quality, ISO certification.
- Past Experience (35):
- Work with Tamil Nadu Government, past tailoring/beautician/tally training experience.
- Training Capabilities (30):
- Turnover from training, last 3-year auditor statements.
