🎯 Project Objective

To provide Beautician Course Training for women aged 18–35 years in Zone 11 & 12 under Skill Development Initiative for self-employment.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Training Providers

Empanelment with TNSDC
Minimum experience in skill training (offline mode)
Not blacklisted by any State/Central Government agency
Provide:
- Qualified trainers (TNSDC norms)
- Infrastructure (beauty equipment, training space)
- Training in Tamil
- Training manuals (preferably in Tamil)
Proven record in Tailoring, Beautician, Tally training programs
Turnover of ₹2 Cr+ in any 1 of the past 3 years from training programs
Must submit:
- ISO 9001:2015 certificate
- Non-blacklisting affidavit
- Trainers list
- Past work orders/completion certificates
- CA-certified turnover certificate

💰 Payment Terms
