✅ Scope of Work
- Conduct Computer Course (Tally)Training in Zone 3 & Zone 4 of Chennai.
- Beneficiaries: Women aged 18–35 years, mobilized through Magalir Thittam/NULM.
- Duration: 3 months, extendable by 1 month.
- Medium of instruction: Tamil.
- Training as per TNSDC QP norms.
- Infrastructure, trainers, content, attendance, assessments, and amenities must be managed by the training provider.
📋 Eligibility Criteria
- TNSDC Empanelment (mandatory).
- Not blacklisted by any government body.
- Proven experience in offline skill training programs in Tamil Nadu.
- Qualified trainers with relevant experience and Tamil proficiency.
- Should possess ISO certification.
- Must have conducted similar programs like Tailoring, Beautician, or Tally in offline mode.
📝 Technical Evaluation Criteria (Total 100 Marks)
A. Organizational Competence (35 marks):
- Operational years in Tamil Nadu: 10 marks
- Non-blacklisting certificate: 5 marks
- Qualified trainers (0.5 mark/trainer): 15 marks
- ISO certification: 5 marks
B. Past Experience (35 marks):
- Experience with Govt. of Tamil Nadu: 15 marks
- Experience in similar programs (Tailoring/Beautician/Tally): 15 marks
C. Training Capabilities (30 marks):
- Min. turnover ₹2 Cr in one of last 3 years: 15 marks
- Last 3 years audited statements: 15 marks
💸 Payment Schedule
- 30%: Upon issuance of work order
- 40%: After 50% of course completion
- 30%: After completion report & certification
📄 Required Submission Documents
- Certificate of incorporation
- Non-blacklisting declaration (Rs. 200 stamp paper, notarized)
- List and CVs of trainers
- ISO Certificate
- Work orders / Completion certificates
- Turnover certificate in prescribed format (Annexure)
- Audited financial statements (FY 2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25)
- Action plan & training calendar
📌 Important Notes
- Subcontracting not allowed.
- 70–80% minimum trainee attendance is mandatory.
- Assessment and certification to be done by Directorate of Employment.
- Course materials and manuals should be in Tamil.
