🔹 Scope of Work
  1. Course: Computer Course Training

  3. Duration: 3 months (+1-month buffer)
  4. Training Goal: Skill development for self-employment
  5. Certifying Authority: Directorate of Employment, Tamil Nadu
  6. Qualification Pack: As per TNSDC norms
🔹 Eligibility Criteria for Bidders
  1. Must be TNSDC-empaneled
  2. Must have experience conducting short-term skill development courses
  3. ISO certification required
  4. Minimum turnover of ₹2 Crores from training programs in any of the past 3 years
  5. Must not be blacklisted
  6. Should have qualified trainers with Govt. experience and working knowledge of Tamil
  7. Should have provided training in Tailoring / Beautician / Tally to Tamil Nadu Government
  8. No sub-contracting allowed
🔹 Bid Submission Requirements
  1. Technical Proposal: Includes PAN, GST, incorporation certificate, proof of training work, trainer profiles, financials (Annexure-F), non-blacklisting affidavit, etc.
  2. Financial Bid: Percentage quote including GST
  3. Bid Submission: Online through https://tntenders.gov.in
🔹 Payment Milestones
  1. 30% on work order issuance
  2. 40% after 50% course completion
  3. 30% post training completion, certification, and submission of report
