🔹 Eligibility Criteria for Bidders

- Must have experience conducting short-term skill development courses
- ISO certification required
- Minimum turnover of ₹2 Crores from training programs in any of the past 3 years
- Must not be blacklisted
- Should have qualified trainers with Govt. experience and working knowledge of Tamil
- Should have provided training in Tailoring / Beautician / Tally to Tamil Nadu Government
- No sub-contracting allowed

- Technical Proposal: Includes PAN, GST, incorporation certificate, proof of training work, trainer profiles, financials (Annexure-F), non-blacklisting affidavit, etc.
- Financial Bid: Percentage quote including GST

🔹 Payment Milestones
- 30% on work order issuance
- 40% after 50% course completion
- 30% post training completion, certification, and submission of report
