🎯 Project Objective:
Skill development training for women from Zones 13 & 14 under beautician course to promote self-employment, as per TNSDC Qualification Packs (QPs).
✅ Eligibility Criteria for Bidders:
- Empaneled with TNSDC
- Experience in conducting short-term skill development training
- Minimum turnover of ₹2 Cr from training in any one of last 3 years
- Should not be blacklisted by any Govt. department
- Should have qualified trainers (as per TNSDC norms)
- ISO 9001 certified institute
- Must provide equipment like sewing machines/computers
- Sub-contracting not allowed
📦 Scope of Work Includes:
- Setup training infra at locations designated by GCC
- Mobilization through Magalir Thittam / NULM
- Training in Tamil language
- Soft skills and technical skills must be covered
- Maintain minimum 70–80% attendance
- Final assessment by Directorate of Employment
💰 Payment Milestones:
- 30% with work order
- 40% after 50% course completion
- 30% after final report, certification & submission
