🎯 Project Objective:
Skill development training for women from Zones 13 & 14 under beautician course to promote self-employment, as per TNSDC Qualification Packs (QPs).
✅ Eligibility Criteria for Bidders:
  1. Empaneled with TNSDC
  2. Experience in conducting short-term skill development training
  3. Minimum turnover of ₹2 Cr from training in any one of last 3 years
  4. Should not be blacklisted by any Govt. department
  5. Should have qualified trainers (as per TNSDC norms)
  6. ISO 9001 certified institute
  7. Must provide equipment like sewing machines/computers
  8. Sub-contracting not allowed
📦 Scope of Work Includes:
  1. Setup training infra at locations designated by GCC
  2. Mobilization through Magalir Thittam / NULM
  3. Training in Tamil language
  4. Soft skills and technical skills must be covered
  5. Maintain minimum 70–80% attendance
  6. Final assessment by Directorate of Employment
💰 Payment Milestones:
  1. 30% with work order
  2. 40% after 50% course completion
  3. 30% after final report, certification & submission
