📍 Scope of Work

1. Provide Beautician Course training for women in Zone 6 and Zone 7.
2. Training to be in line with TNSDC curriculum and standards.
3. Language of instruction: Tamil
4. Prepare and distribute training manuals and documentation.
5. Ensure 70–80% attendance and conduct final assessments and certifications via the Directorate of Employment.

1. Be empanelled with TNSDC.
2. Have experience in conducting short-term skill development trainings.
3. Provide qualified trainers experienced in Tamil.
4. Have ISO certification.
5. Not be blacklisted.
6. Use their own equipment (computers, sewing machines, etc.).
7. Not subcontract the work.
8. Have handled similar projects previously, especially with the Government of Tamil Nadu.

2. Past Experience (35 marks)
   1. Govt. of Tamil Nadu projects in offline mode
   2. Prior experience in Tailoring, Beautician, and Tally
3. Training Capabilities (30 marks)
   1. Turnover from training programs in the last 3 years
   2. Auditor-certified financials

• Estimated Tender Value: ₹21.53 Lakhs (incl. GST)
• EMD: ₹22,000 (online only)
  1. Exemption: MSMEs registered in Tamil Nadu are exempt.
• Payment Milestones:
  1. 30% on issuance of Work Order
  2. 40% after 50% course completion
  3. 30% after final certification and report submission
