📍 Scope of Work
- Conduct Beautician Coures Training for women (18-35 years) in Zones 8 and 9.
- Total estimated value: ₹21.53 lakhs (including GST).
- Must align with TNSDC Qualification Packs.
- The curriculum includes technical skills, soft skills, and Tamil as the medium.
- Training to be conducted at GCC-specified locations.
- The service provider must supply infrastructure, trainers, content, and manage the entire training cycle.
👩🏫 Target Beneficiaries
- Women residents aged 18–35 from Zones 8 and 9.
- Mobilization through Magalir Thittam / NULM project officers and community organizers.
📜 Eligibility Criteria for Training Institutions
- Empanelment with TNSDC is mandatory.
- Proven experience in skill training (minimum 5 years preferable).
- Should not be blacklisted by any government/statutory body.
- Must provide qualified trainers and necessary equipment.
- No subcontracting permitted without written approval.
🧾 Documents Required
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Declaration of Non-Blacklisting (Rs. 200 stamp paper)
- Trainer list with qualifications (must speak Tamil)
- ISO Certification (if available)
- Work orders or completion certificates for similar projects
- Financial documents including:
- Turnover certificate (minimum ₹2 Cr from training in any one of last 3 years)
- Audited accounts for last 3 years
