1. Invitation for leading legal practitioners and professionals to offer seminar courses in evolving and diverse areas of law.
2. The seminar course is intended to foster advanced learning and is part of the curriculum for the August–December 2025 semester.

1. Each seminar c ourse = 5 credits, requiring:
   1. 50–52 hours of classroom teaching
   2. 4 hours/week, split into two 2-hour sessions
   3. Total 75 h ours including 23–25 hours of mandatory student reading
2. Mode:
   1. Minimum 50% classes (25 hours) must be held physically on campus at NLU Delhi
   2. Remaining 50% (25 hours) may be conducted online
3. No classes on Sundays

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice, teaching, or a related professional domain
2. Demonstrated contribution in a specialized area of law

💼 Honorarium

1. Fixed ₹1,25,000/- per course
   1. If co-taught, the amount is to be internally split
   2. No additional payments for guest faculty
