🧠Objective of the Consultancy:
To create high-quality, persuasive, and gender-integrated sector-wise briefs (Health, Education, Environmental Sustainability, Online Safety) that communicate:
- Impact
- Organizational capacity
- Investment opportunities
📚 Scope of Work:
1. Information Collection & Content Strategy
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Program Leads, M&E, Communications).
- Review internal documents and data.
- Extract key messages, impact stories, gender-specific data.
- Build a content plan and narrative flow for each brief.
2. Sector-Wise Brief Development (2–4 pages each):
- Health
- Education
- Environmental Sustainability
- Online Safety
Each brief must include:
- Sector-specific problem statement.
- ChildFund’s unique approach/solution.
- Impact data (quantitative + qualitative).
- Gender integration: evidence, data, and stories.
- Capacity showcase and investment opportunities.
3. (Optional) Pitch Lab / Hackathon
- Facilitate ideation with Country Offices.
- Help develop 3–5 investment-ready concept notes (max 2 pages each).
- Focus on gender integration and donor orientation.
4. Review & Refinement
- Incorporate iterative feedback.
- Ensure consistency with brand and messaging.
📦 Deliverables:
- Work Plan (Approach + Timelines)
- Draft Briefs (4 sectors)
- Final Briefs (Proofread + Finalized)
- 3–5 Investment Concept Notes (if Pitch Lab is executed)
- Final Report (summary, challenges, recommendations)
📅 Timeline:
- Start Date: July 15, 2025
- End Date: August 30, 2025
🧑💼 Consultant Qualifications:
- Experience: 5–7 years in nonprofit communication, impact storytelling, or brief/report writing.
- Skills:
- Excellent written English
- Data interpretation & visualization
- Familiarity with gender equality frameworks
- Strong understanding of development sectors
- Experience with digital marketing and donor-facing content
- Desirable: Experience with online safety, digital rights, impact investing, or philanthropy.
💰 Payment Schedule:
- Based on completion and acceptance of deliverables.
- To be agreed mutually.
🔒 Other Terms:
- IP Ownership: All content created belongs to ChildFund International.
- Confidentiality: Mandatory for all data and communications accessed.
