🎯 Objectives of the Study
  1. Identify current and future skill requirements by job role.
  2. Assess manpower needs across roles and regions.
  3. Analyze gaps between industry demands and existing workforce skills.
  4. Recommend updates to NSQF-aligned curriculum and Qualification Packs.
📌 Deliverables
  1. Inception Report: Workplan and methodology – within 2 weeks of contract signing.
  2. Interim Report: Preliminary findings – within 8 weeks.
  3. Final Report: Detailed gap analysis, skill mapping, and recommendations.
  4. Presentation: Summary slide deck for stakeholders.
  5. Database: Structured dataset with subsector/job-role/region categorization.

  1. Primary Research: Surveys, interviews, FGDs with industry stakeholders.
  2. Secondary Research: Reports, data, and best practices analysis.
  3. Stakeholder Consultation: With employers, experts, and academia.

  1. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
  2. Min. 8 years of experience in skill gap studies or labour market analysis.
  3. Experience in at least 3 of the 6 subsectors listed.
  4. Strong team including experts in food tech, HR, data analytics, etc.
  5. Consultants must provide CVs, GST, undertaking (non-blacklisted), etc.
