🎯 Scope of Work
To conduct Beautician Training for Women in Zones 6 and 7 of GCC under a self-employment scheme.
- Course Type: Basic Makeup (as per TNSDC QP)
- Target Group: Women aged 18–35
- Duration: 3 months + 1 month buffer
- Expected Outcome: Assessment, certification, and potential for livelihood enhancement
🏛️ Eligibility Criteria for Bidders
- Empanelment: Must be currently empanelled with TNSDC.
- Experience: Proven experience in short-term skill development programs in Tamil Nadu.
- Trainers: Must have qualified trainers with Tamil language proficiency.
- Compliance: Not blacklisted by any Govt. body.
- Infrastructure: Must have required infrastructure/equipment at specified locations.
- Training Content: Must be aligned with TNSDC curriculum and conducted in Tamil.
