🔹 Scope of Work
To conduct Beautician Training Courses for women in Zone 8 and Zone 9 under Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) as part of a skill development initiative aimed at self-employment. This includes:
  1. Basic beautician skills, makeup, and grooming as per TNSDC Qualification Packs
  2. Training delivery, content, trainers, assessments, and certifications
  3. Infrastructure setup at specified centers
  4. Soft skills and life skills training
🔹 Estimated Project Value
  1. ₹21.53 Lakhs (inclusive of GST)
🔹 Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria for Institutions
  1. Experience & Empanelment:
    1. Empanelled with TNSDC
    2. Proven record of conducting skill development programs
    3. Minimum 1 relevant project and 7+ years of relevant professional experience
    4. Not blacklisted by any govt. body
  2. Training Infrastructure & Staff:
    1. Qualified trainers with experience and knowledge of Tamil
    2. Availability of necessary training equipment (computers, salon tools, etc.)
  3. Financial Criteria:
    1. Minimum turnover of ₹2 Cr from training programs in any of the last 3 financial years
    2. Last 3 years of audited financial statements
  4. Mandatory Documents:
    1. Certificate of incorporation
    2. PAN, GST
    3. Non-blacklisting declaration on ₹200 stamp paper
    4. ISO Certification (if available)
    5. Work orders/completion certificates
    6. List of faculty and training capacity

  1. Women aged 18–35 years
  2. Residing in Zones 8 and 9 of GCC
  3. Candidates mobilized through Magalir Thittam / NULM
