🔹 Submission Requirements
- All documents and the bid must be submitted online on the portal.
- Bids must be digitally signed.
- Include all relevant credentials, experience, trainer qualifications, infrastructure details, and BOQ with GST included.
🔹 Other Key Provisions
- No subcontracting without written approval.
- Disputes resolved through amicable discussion, followed by arbitration in Chennai under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 if unresolved.
- Force Majeure clause included.
- Validity of bid: 90 days.
