🔹 Scope of Work
To deliver Computer Course (Tally) training for women in Zones 11 and 12, aiming at self-employment empowerment. The scope includes:
  1. Curriculum-based Tally training (aligned with TNSDC Qualification Packs)
  2. Trainer deployment and session delivery
  3. Assessment and certification through Directorate of Employment
  4. Ensuring basic amenities, attendance, manuals, and documentation

  2. Proven experience in offline short-term skill training
  3. Must have provided similar training in last 5 years
  4. Not blacklisted by any State/Central body
  5. Must provide:
    1. Qualified Tamil-speaking trainers
    2. Computers, tools, accessories as per curriculum
    3. Necessary documentation and forms (feedback, enrolment, etc.)
🔹 Trainee Eligibility
  1. Women aged 18–35
  2. Must be residents of Zones 11 & 12
  3. Mobilized via Magalir Thittam / NULM
🔹 Training Requirements
  1. Medium: Tamil
  2. Curriculum: TNSDC aligned with soft skills
  3. Duration: 3 months + 1-month buffer
  4. Attendance: Minimum 70–80% mandatory
  5. Assessment: By Directorate of Employment
  6. Training Manual: To be provided to each trainee

  4. Subcontracting allowed only with prior written approval
  5. Standard Agreement Format and legal provisions (e.g., force majeure, arbitration) included
