🔹 Scope of Work
To conduct Tally-based computer training for women in Zone 1 and Zone 2, aimed at self-employment and livelihood improvement. The service includes:
  1. Curriculum-aligned training per TNSDC Qualification Packs
  2. Mobilization of beneficiaries through Magalir Thittam / NULM
  3. Assessments, certification, and infrastructure setup
  4. Documentation and report submission

🔹 Eligibility Criteria for Institutions
  1. Empanelment with TNSDC is mandatory
  2. Must have provided offline skill training in the past 5 years
  3. Trainers must be qualified and Tamil-speaking
  4. Must not be blacklisted by any government body
  5. Required to provide infrastructure: computers, accessories, training materials
  6. No subcontracting unless approved in writing by GCC
🔹 Trainee Eligibility
  1. Women aged 18–35 years
  2. Residing in Zone 1 or Zone 2
  3. Mobilized via community-level NULM coordinators
🔹 Training Requirements
  1. Language: Tamil
  2. Curriculum includes both technical (Tally) and soft skills
  3. Training manual to be distributed to every trainee
  4. Attendance: 70–80% mandatory
  5. Training centers to ensure basic amenities
  6. Duration: 3 months + 1 month for final documentation
  7. Final assessment by the Directorate of Employment

  2. Non-blacklist affidavit (5)
  3. Qualified trainers list (15)
  4. ISO certification (5)
B. Past Experience – 35 Marks
  1. Prior TN Govt skill training (15)
  2. Experience in Tally, Tailoring, Beautician (15)
C. Training Capability – 30 Marks
  1. Turnover from training ≥ ₹2 Cr in any 1 of last 3 years (15)
  2. Last 3 years’ audited statements (15)
