🔹 Eligibility Criteria
For Institutions:
- Must be empanelled with TNSDC
- Minimum 5 years experience in skill development
- Must not be blacklisted
- Provide own equipment (computers, training kits)
- Only offline mode training
- No subcontracting allowed unless formally approved
For Trainees:
- Women aged 18–35
- Residing in Zones 3 and 4
- Mobilized via community organizers (NULM/Magalir Thittam)
🔹 Training Requirements
- Language: Tamil
- Content: TNSDC aligned + Soft Skills
- Duration: 3 months + 1-month buffer
- Minimum Attendance: 70–80%
- Training Manual: Provided to each candidate
- Equipment and basic amenities to be ensured by training provider
- Assessment & certification by Directorate of Employment
