🔹 Eligibility Criteria
For Training Institutions:
- Empanelled with TNSDC
- Experience in short-term skill development training
- Not blacklisted by any state/central govt
- Must have ISO certification
- Provide infrastructure and Tamil-speaking qualified trainers
- Sub-contracting not permitted unless approved in writing
For Trainees:
- Women aged 18–35
- Residing in Zone 5
- Mobilized through Magalir Thittam / NULM
🔹 Training Specifications
- Language: Tamil
- Includes both technical (Tally) and soft skills
- Training manual to be provided to each candidate
- Training duration: 3 months + 1-month buffer
- Minimum 70–80% attendance required
- Training to follow Common Cost Norms (CCN)/TNSDC standards
