Objective:
Support ICFRE in implementing awareness generation and capacity building activities on Forest Landscape Restoration (FLR) and related topics for local communities in selected model sites/landscapes in Delhi and NCR.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
  1. NGO registered and operating in Delhi/NCR
  2. Min. 5 years’ experience in awareness generation & capacity building in natural resource management
  3. 3 completed assignments in the past 3 years (1 must be FLR-related)
  4. Average turnover ≥ ₹15 Lakhs in FYs 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25
  5. Team composition:
    1. 1 Team Leader (Postgraduate, 5+ yrs experience)
    2. 2 Training Specialists (Graduate, 3+ yrs experience)
    3. 1 Local Facilitator per village (10+2 pass, preferably community members)
📋 Scope of Work
  1. Awareness and training in 87 villages across Delhi, Alwar, Gurugram, and Faridabad
  2. Awareness activities in 12 schools
  3. Deliverables include:
    1. Wall paintings, rallies, training sessions, event documentation
    2. Submission of reports, photos, participant lists
  4. Timeline: 9 months from date of award
📁 Deliverables (Key Milestones)
  1. Inception Report – Within 1 month
  2. 50% field activities completed – By 4 months
  3. 100% field activities completed – By 7 months
  4. Draft Final Report – By 8 months
  5. Final Report – By 9 months
