🔹 Project Overview
- Objective: To provide capacity-building training for students from GTR and EMR schools in Tamil Nadu to prepare for JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, and other competitive exams.
- Target Students: Class 10–12 students in GTR and EMR schools (approx. 5500–7000 students).
- Duration: 3 years (Yearly extension based on performance).
- Delivery: Combination of offline training at 10 centers and online broadcast to other schools.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Registered entity (Trust/Society/Section 8/Company/LLP) with at least 3 years of existence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in preparing students for competitive exams.
- ₹2 crore annual turnover in each of the last 2 FYs (2023–24 and 2024–25).
- Use of IT-based modules for assessments and tracking.
- Not blacklisted by any entity in the past 3 years.
- EMD: ₹2,50,000 (exempted for MSMEs with valid Udyam Certificate).
🔹 Scope of Work
Part A: Student Training
- 500+ instructional hours/year.
- Offline coaching at 10 centers + online for all.
- Periodic assessments, doubt-solving, test series.
- Printed + digital materials and performance tracking system.
Part B: Teacher Training
- Subject-specific sessions.
- Use of shared question banks.
- Regular feedback and capacity building.
Part C: Monitoring & Evaluation
- Monthly reports, dashboards, corrective action plans.
- Program coordinator as single point of contact.
🔹 Evaluation Methodology
- QCBS (Quality-cum-Cost Based Selection):
- Technical: 80%
- Financial: 20%
- Technical Evaluation Components:
- Firm Experience: 41 marks
- Faculty/Team: 24 marks
- Presentation: 35 marks
🔹 Payment Terms
- 72%: Monthly payouts
- 20%: Quarterly based on student performance
- 8%: End-of-year payout (based on exam success rates)
