Pre-Qualification Criteria |
📌 Purpose
To operate skill development training centers under Board Resolution 27 for pregnant women and girl students.
✅ Eligibility & Requirements
- The applying organization must have its own infrastructure (equipment, furniture, electricity, training venue).
- Must be capable of providing trained instructors with documented proof.
- At least 20% of the trainees must pass the exam to be eligible.
- Training duration is 3 months (90 days) and attendance of at least 75% is required.
- Trainers must have valid technical qualifications and certification.
- Affiliated with a VTP and should maintain logs of student records, performance, etc.
- Full-time operations; the center should not shut down during working hours.
- Should be free of cost for trainees.
- Admitted students must be verified via Municipal/Nagar Parishad recommendations.
- Must offer benefits to tribal and backward class women.
- Applicants must submit application forms in the prescribed format.
- Students must submit ID and photos with the application.
- Violations will lead to cancellation and legal/financial penalties.
- A responsible coordinator must be appointed.
- Provide safe transportation for pregnant trainees if needed.
- All training materials to be provided by the agency.
- Regular updates must be submitted to district and municipal authorities.
- Biometric attendance is mandatory.
- The training provider must ensure security, lighting, sanitation at the center.
- There must be a minimum of 5 restrooms and clean drinking water.
💰 Budget & Funding
- 10% security deposit is mandatory.
- 2% at application stage.
- 2% at final approval.
- 6% on completion of training.
- All services provided should be free of cost to trainees.
📄 Contract Termination Conditions
- 15 days' notice for voluntary termination.
- Non-performance or violation will lead to contract cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
- If the training fails to meet goals or standards, the contract may be terminated unilaterally.
- Failure to comply with safety norms (especially for pregnant women) may lead to blacklisting.
- No contracts will be renewed or extended without review.
