📌 Project Overview:

1. Tendering Authority: Kusgaon Budruk Nagar Parishad, Women & Child Welfare Department
2. Objective: Implement Skill Development Training Program (SDTP) under NSDC for women and unemployed youth through an affiliated training partner.

1. Training Infrastructure:
   1. Space, furniture, equipment, electricity and other facilities to be provided by the selected training provider.
   2. Trainers must be NSDC-certified or have equivalent credentials.
2. Trainee Eligibility:
   1. At least 20% students must be from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families.
   2. Candidates must clear a basic aptitude test.
3. Course Duration & Structure:
   1. Minimum duration of training is 3 months (90 days).
   2. Daily sessions must be of at least 2 hours.
4. Trainer & Institution Criteria:
   1. Must be affiliated with VTP (Vocational Training Provider) and conform to VLAN Trunking Protocol standards.
   2. Trainers must have NSDC/Skill India certifications.
5. Financial Aspects:
   1. Entire training cost including stipend should be borne by the selected agency.
   2. Stipend to be paid to trainees as per policy (e.g., ₹1000–₹1500/month depending on rules).
   3. No advance payments or fees to be charged to the trainees.
6. Documentation & Compliance:
   1. Aadhar, PAN, voter ID of candidates to be collected.
   2. Training must be geo-tagged and monitored.
   3. Daily attendance through biometric or app-based system.
   4. Quarterly and monthly reporting mandatory.
7. Insurance & Safety:
   1. Agencies must ensure student and trainer safety.
   2. Insurance coverage for all enrolled participants is mandatory.
8. Penalty Clause:
   1. If the agency withdraws or discontinues training mid-way, 10% of project value will be deducted.
   2. Termination conditions include non-performance, non-compliance, or false reporting.

1. Agreement can be terminated with 15 days notice.
2. In case of misconduct, poor performance, or fraud, Nagar Parishad can cancel the MoU and forfeit the security deposit.

1. Preference will be given to agencies already affiliated with NSDC.
2. Women-led NGOs or agencies with experience in skill training will be prioritized.
