📌 Summary – Kurdugaon Badlapur Nagarparishad Training Tender

1. Department: Women & Child Development Department (महिला व बालकल्याण विभाग)
2. Issuing Authority: Kurdugaon Badlapur Municipal Council (कुर्ला गाव बदलापूर नगरपरिषद)
3. Training Scope: Residential training for school drop-out girls and women in NSDC-aligned Skill Development programs.

1. Infrastructure: Training agency must provide space, equipment, furniture, electricity, etc.
2. Certified Trainers: Trainers must be NSDC certified.
3. Course Duration: Minimum of 3 months (120 days) with at least 2 batches.
4. Eligibility: 20% SC/ST/OBC reservation in trainee selection.
5. VTP Affiliation: Must be VTP registered and follow VLAN Trunking Protocol.
6. Assessment & Certification: Conducted by NSDC and other approved agencies.
7. Stipend: Agency must ensure delivery of stipends and documentation.
8. Geo-tagging & Biometric: Attendance through biometric and geo-tagging is mandatory.
9. Placements: Minimum 50% job placement or self-employment support post-training.
10. Insurance: Trainees must be insured under an accident protection policy.
11. Residential Facility: Training must be residential with food, security, and sanitation arrangements.
12. Documentation: Aadhaar, Ration Card, Bank Passbook, and photos are mandatory.
13. Fees/EMD:
    1. EMD: ₹5,000
    2. Performance Guarantee: 10%
    3. Other deductions:
       1. Non-submission of documents: 5%
       2. Late report: 2%
       3. Non-placement penalty: 7%

1. Contract Cancellation:
   1. If not started within 15 days after issue of work order, contract is liable for termination.
   2. Repetitive default leads to blacklist and forfeiture of deposit.
2. Blacklisting: In case of fraud or breach of MoU, the agency will be blacklisted without refund.
3. Municipal Approval: Final decision lies with the Chief Officer, Municipal Council.
